The Cosmic Family is an award-winning show in which the Solvents explore perversions within the patterns of human behaviour. They adress their audience as if they came to a spiritual workshop-seminar to change their life and enhance their being.

You'll be offered a live dark satirical window into the need for post-millennial beliefs, will participate in rituals and might try the spiritually nourishing Universal Smoothie™ .

'It is certainly not to everybody's taste' (Three Weeks). Said to be 'shameless' and include 'gratuitous crudity' (Scotman) 'It's a sick, loathsome monster, so messed up that at its conclusion the audience is actually afraid to leave the room, scared that The *Cosmic Family* might be waiting for them outside.' Between the 'spiritual workshop' scenes, you'll see the hosts in their daily life.When they're ON you'll see them running the workshop and when they're OFF you'll see what they dream about, what they really are (scroll over their photo to see their other side).


Freddy, runs and arranges the Cosmic Family. He takes care of public relations, and of the business side of the things.	Freddy is associated with Erika, the most devoted follower of SHE the holy and a skilled chaneller. Erika’s passion is to create the Cosmic Communion with SHE.	Freddy employs Sergey Androyevitch Rabinovitch, in short: Rob, as a handyman. Rob is also used to represent‘our inner problems’ to the seminar participants.	Last but not least: Romana the musician. Freddy makes it Romana’s job to use her musical talent to help uplift the ‘Positive Energy’ in the seminar.

The Cosmic Family was originally devised by The Solvents Theatre Company to offer a dark satirical window into new age evangelism, personal makeover shows, and corporate sell.

However, The Cosmic Family Workshop-Seminar gained an identity of its own with followers joining the cult through www.thecosmicfamily.com.

The Solvents reveal the magic: “As the workshop unfolds, the audience of The Cosmic Family unknowingly support the lead up to an atrocity through their laughter. Inspired by advertising and indoctrination routines used by corporations, politicians, and sects, the show allows the audience to reflect on how their emotions and feelings are used to elicit certain actions on their behalf."
